Sandra has many years of experience in representation of, and legal advice to, business entities, including in particular those operating in the financial sector.
Successfully represented GESSEL’s clients in numerous civil disputes.
Advises clients on complex cases at the stage of negotiation and development of litigation strategy. Represents clients before the courts at all instances.
Has experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs, foundations and associations, with an especial focus on contract law.
Prior to joining GESSEL, worked with renowned law firms and in the legal department of one of the market’s leading insurance companies.

- Legal advice and representation of a company in simplified arrangement proceedings with the company’s creditors
- Comprehensive legal advice to collective copyright management organizations
- Representation of a banking sector entity in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings initiated against the bank’s debtors
- Representation of a shareholder of a company in a multifaceted dispute arising from a conflict of shareholders, ended with a settlement in accordance with the interests of the client
- Representation as defence counsel to participants in peaceful demonstrations outside the Polish Parliament in 2017 and to participants in counter-demonstrations to the Smolensk air accident commemorations in 2018
- Representation of financial institutions in litigation, especially in disputes over consumer claims arising from foreign currency loan agreements
