Wiktoria joined the GESSEL team in January 2023.
She supports the litigation and arbitration team in proceedings before general courts and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings conducted before arbitral tribunals associated with institutions such as ICC, KIG, or the Lewiatan Confederation. She specializes in post-transactional, corporate, and energy disputes.
Prior to joining GESSEL, Wiktoria gained experience in the legal department of a telecommunications sector company, Warsaw law firms, and public administration units.
Education and achievements
Law and Administration graduate, University of Warsaw.
During her studies, she was associated with the European Law Students’ Association, ELSA Poland.
In January 2025, she started her legal apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
