Michał Bochowicz as advisor in the second edition of the Campus Residency programme at Google Campus Warsaw

We are pleased to announce that Michał Bochowicz will be contributing to the second edition of the Campus Residency programme at Google Campus Warsaw.

Campus Residency is a 6-month programme for globally minded start-ups from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe thanks to which they can benefit from personalised support and special access to the expertise and resources of Google. Campus Warsaw offers a unique setting at which entrepreneurs can meet, gain knowledge and experience and network, improving their chances for international success. Campus Warsaw hosts hundreds of events organised by community members and partners, including major acceleration programmes. Over the two years of its operation to date, Campus Warsaw has attracted over 13,000 members; in 2017 alone, it was the venue of 400 events involving over 22,000 people. Since its inception, the various start-ups associated with Campus Warsaw have secured almost PLN 60 million in financing and created over 1,000 jobs.

Michał Bochowicz, managing associate, specialises in M&A transactions in the public and private markets, including privatisations – also private equity and venture capital funds. Advised on the buyer and seller sides at all stages of multi-million transactions – also international ones – including planning of the transaction structure, drafting of the transaction documents, financing, negotiations, and closing. Many of his clients hail from the finance, aviation, and new technologies sectors. Michał’s experience with start-ups and venture capital firms augments the GESSEL Tech team.
