Please join us on Wednesday, January 24 at 5:00 p.m. for the first Warsaw Winter Arbitration Lecture on the topic: “Defining TPF & Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration” by Duarte G. Henriques. The lecture is organized under the auspices of the Faculty of Law and Administration of University Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski (UKSW), Center for Dispute and Conflict Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (CRSIK WPIA UW) and Kozminski University Law School. Its topic has been inspired by the moot problem of this year’s VIS Moot Competition.

The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion with participation of students taking part in the VIS Moot competition, and moderated by Alicja Zielińska-Eisen.

This event is hosted by GESSEL and is open to students and other participants.
Attendance is free of charge, but as places are limited, prior registration is required.
