GESSEL advises on Vercom S.A.’s purchase of shares in Userengage sp. z o.o.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support in Vercom S.A.’s investment in Userengage sp. z o.o., representing both parties to the transaction subject to a “Chinese Wall” regime. Our services included performing due diligence, drafting the transaction documentation, negotiations and support at closing.
