Michał Bochowicz guests at a panel during Meetup.vc at Campus Warsaw (Google for Entrepreneurs)

On 23 October, Michał Bochowicz participated in a panel held as part of the Meetup.vc event at Campus Warsaw (Google for Entrepreneurs), discussing model documentation for Polish venture capital investments in companies in their early stage of development.

Michał took this opportunity to showcase a joint project between GESSEL and the Sunfish Partners fund geared at devising a set of model documentation (including a term sheet and investment agreement) for venture capital investments in early-stage companies in Poland, with input from the broader venture capital community – Polish and foreign investors, start-ups, business organisations, government entities charged with fostering development and lawyers. One of the overarching ideas is to ensure that the model documents are compatible with best practices in the international markets while, at the same time, taking due heed of the requirements applicable for projects using public funds (including PFR Starter and BRidge Alfa).

The panel (whose other participants included Max Moldenhauer of Sunfish Partners and Barbara Sobowska of VC Leaders) was held as part of the Meetup.vc event organised by Innovation Nest and SpeedUp Venture Capital Group on the sidelines of the Wolves Summit, in which GESSEL also took part.
