Another academic publication by GESSEL lawyers

Wolters Kluwer Polska has just published “The general partnership agreement”, edited by Aldona Pietrzak with input by Michał Boryczka, Maciej Boryczko, Erazm Dutkiewicz, Adam Kraszewski, Paweł Kwiatkowski and Piotr Tracz.

The book sets out a template general partnership agreement along with commentary. The authors have refined their extensive knowledge of the Polish business law literature into comprehensive, yet approachable explanations of the successive stipulations of the agreement and of their practical application as well as recommendations and guidelines.

The text maintains a useful distinction between the mandatory elements of the general partnership agreement and additional, optional provisions with which the founding partners may complement the core agreement in order to best address their needs.

The through-and-through practical perspective of the book makes it an interesting proposition for entrepreneurs (looking to establish a new partnership, or to change the legal form of an existing operation) as well as to counsel and to notaries public.
