21 RANKING OF LAW FIRMs 2023 of the Rzeczpospolita daily brought us 4 awards and great pride in the achievements of the many people who make up the GESSEL law firm.

In the general classification in terms of the number of lawyers, out of 334 scaled law firms in Poland, we are in 17th place.

Thanks to the indications of our colleagues from other law firms, we became a LEADER as a firm in two categories:

• PRIVATE EQUITY
• CAPITAL MARKETS AND REGULATORY CONSULTING

Individual awards were given to:

• Marcin Macieszczak received the award for LEADER in the private equity category
• Leszek Koziorowski received the award for LEADER in the capital markets and regulatory consulting category

In the category of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, we took second place as a firm.

We are extremely proud that our work has been recognized by the independent jury of the PSIK Awards for the third consecutive year, and we have been named Legal Advisor of the Year 2022 in the Private Equity category!

GESSEL has been recommended annually  in the Legal 500 ranking since 2006.
In 2024, one again the individual distinction as “Leading Individual” in the Dispute Resolution category was awarded to  Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz.
