The 23rd Edition of the “Rzeczpospolita” Law Firm Ranking has brought results which we regard as a testament to the consistent efforts of the entire GESSEL team.

We are particularly pleased that our Real Estate and Banking & Finance practices have been recognised in the ranking for the first time. This is a significant signal that the directions we have been developing over the years are now receiving recognition from independent evaluators.

The ranking reflects assessments made by the legal community and by a panel of experts who understand the realities of the legal market. This makes us all the more appreciative that it is this very group that has chosen to distinguish our work.

We have been among the winners and finalists of the prestigious PSIK Awards for many years — a competition that recognizes best practices and professionalism in the private equity and venture capital sector in Poland. Between 2020 and 2022, we were named Private Equity Legal Advisor of the Year three times.

In 2024, we were once again selected as a finalist in the Private Equity Legal Advisor of the Year category, and the “Velvet Care” transaction, which we had the pleasure of advising on, was awarded Transaction of the Year.
