18.04.2024 Case studies Banking and Finance
We once again worked with ACP Credit, this time on structuring a multimillion financing package for iTaxi. This was the fifth ACP Credit financing transaction, and the third one for a client in the Polish market. iTaxi aims to apply the funds towards continued growth through acquisitions and investments in environmentally friendly solutions.
GESSEL conducted due diligence, prepared the full package of financing documents, and conducted negotiations on behalf of ACP Credit.
Our team was led by Malgorzata Badowska and included Marcin Iwaniak, Klaudia Krawiec – Guz, Monika Żulińska, Emilia Szkiela, LL.M., Klaudia Borkowska, Wiktoria Bednarska-Busz. Dominika Ramirez-Wolkiewicz, Paweł Kosmal and Jakub Dołhun attended to the tax aspects.
ACP Credit’s fund focuses on supporting high-growth small and medium-sized companies that want to grow organically, make acquisitions or refinance existing bank debt. ACP Credit is pursuing further investment processes and dialogue with companies
in Poland and the region regarding the implementation of debt financing agreements.
