She combines her role as a lawyer with her training and experience in corporate finance, particularly in tax and financial reporting issues. Her continually expanding auditing skills allow her to engage holistically with any corporate issue.
She is experienced in supporting the legal and tax handling of corporate transactions such as the disposal and acquisition of companies, their reorganisation and transformation – divisions and mergers, as well as in conducting transactions related to the formation and acquisition of companies, preparation of liquidation proceedings of capital companies and structuring of holding entities.
A graduate of law studies, she is currently undergoing professional training as a trainee lawyer at the Bar Association in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics. She speaks English and is learning Hebrew in her free time.
