Dr Beata Gessel – Kalinowska vel Kalisz addresses an arbitration conference in Kiev

The seminar entitled “Need for Speed in International Arbitration: What Tools Are Available to Parties for Obtaining Urgent Relief ?”, organised by ICDR Young & International, was held on 5 November in Kiev as an accompanying event of the Kiev Arbitration Days 2014.

In her lecture, Dr Gessel discussed the topic of Do we really need provisional measures issued by arbitral tribunals, sharing her knowledge of international practice in the area of provisional measures applied to secure the interests of the parties pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
