GESSEL advises mBank with respect to financing for Oxylion S.A.

GESSEL has acted as counsel to mBank S.A. with respect to the process of preparing a financing package for Oxylion S.A., a leader in the new technologies sector. Oxylion S.A. aims to apply the financing towards several acquisitions of other companies operating in its industry.

GESSEL’s services included drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation and of the securities documentation. GESSEL’s work was coordinated by Małgorzata Badowska, attorney and managing associate at out firm’s M&A practice, with substantial support by Barbara Łągiewka, trainee attorney.
