GESSEL at the Private Equity Forum & Awards Gala

GESSEL was among the firms nominated in the Law Firm of the Year (advice on transactions) category of the Private Equity Diamonds 2015 competition organised by the Executive Club.

The Private Equity Forum & Awards Gala, held for the sixth year, brought together leading figures of Poland’s dynamically growing private equity sector, who debated issues of relevance to the sector. The panel “Revolution in management – From manager to entrepreneur” was led by Małgorzata Badowska, managing associate at GESSEL.

This iteration of the Private Equity Forum & Awards Gala also comprised the Private Equity Diamonds awards ceremony (the competition is held under the auspices of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) honouring private equity industry leaders in ten categories. GESSEL was among the four firms distinguished in the Law Firm of the Year category.
