GESSEL names New Partners

The GESSEL law firm takes pleasure in announcing that, effective January 1, 2007, our two colleagues Aldona Pietrzak, responsible for transactions in GESSEL’s capital markets department and Marcin Macieszczak, responsible for transactions in GESSEL’s mergers and acquisitions department, have become Partners in our firm.

Aldona Pietrzak has been with GESSEL since 1996. Her rich experience comprises acquisitions of large share blocs in the regulated markets, drafting issue prospectuses of publicly traded companies, and advising brokerage houses and investment funds. She also oversees due diligence studies carried out in the context of equity transactions. 

Marcin Macieszczak, with GESSEL since 1999, specialises in M&A transactions, restructuring projects, and private equity / venture capital investments; he also disposes of extensive experience in real estate transactions.
