GESSEL’s litigation and special cases team under the leadership of Piotr Schramm represented a publicly listed Polish company, a leading provider of information technology services and products, in a court dispute initiated by the receiver of Techmex S.A., who was seeking PLN 2,314,730.13.

Our team conducted multithreaded litigation, related to the settlement of mutual contractual penalties, interest and costs related to the implementation of subcontract.The claim brought against GESSEL’s client by the receiver of Techmex S.A. has now been dismissed in its entirety, with no further possibility of ordinary appeal.
