We are proud to announce that three of our colleagues have successfully sat for the 2018 bar examinations:

Joanna Kisielińska – admitted to practice as an attorney. Specialises in arbitration proceedings and litigation, also served as administrative secretary to arbitration tribunals. Previously worked at the Warsaw office of an international firm and with a Warsaw attorney and completed internships at the Council of Europe and at the European Parliament. Author of publications, speaker at law of obligations and comparative law conferences. Cooperates with the Civil and Banking Law Department of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, at which she is pursuing her PhD. With GESSEL since 2015.

Paulina Rudowicz Jastrzębska – admitted to practice as an attorney. Specialises in employment law and management contracts. Before joining GESSEL in 2017, worked with an international law firm and in the legal department of a publicly listed company. Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Koźmiński University in Warsaw. With GESSEL since 2017.

Emilia Piasecka – admitted to practice as an advocate. Specialises in equity market transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt securities and shares. Apart from day-to-day company law issues, her experience encompasses introduction of securities to trading in the regulated market and in alternative trading systems and advice on disclosure duties and regulatory duties of publicly traded companies and investment funds. Graduate of the College of Law at Koźmiński University in Warsaw; in 2011, certified as an alternative trading system advisor with the Warsaw Stock Exchange. With GESSEL since 2018.
