Real estate summary of 2021

The year 2021 was full of many interesting real estate projects.

We supported our clients, among others, in negotiating lease agreements for office and warehouse space, commercial space, real estate purchase transactions for development investments, and agricultural real estate.

We conducted 22 due diligence studies – many of them analyzed issues related to real estate owned by the audited entities, as well as rental or lease agreements.

We supported our clients in issues related to broadly understood real estate issues, also resulting from the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
