Training on employee capital plans

On 11 April 2019, GESSEL hosted another training event devoted to employee capital plans.
The session covered the key issues associated with the newly implemented employee capital plans, such as:
- Structure;
- Duties of the employer;
- Documentation;
- Implementation timelines.
The event was led by Leszek Koziorowski, partner and Adam Kraszewski, managing associate, supported by Robert Juszczak of Esaliens TFI.
