“Poland – Legal Barriers to Contract Enforcement”, the recently published report by the World Bank and the National Bank of Poland, includes the thesis that Polish businesspeople rarely consult with lawyers as they negotiate business contracts. The role of lawyers is to lead management through the minefield of rules and structural solutions and to guarantee attainment of the contract objectives.
