GESSEL partners with EQS Group AG in implementing EQS Insider Manager in Poland

GESSEL has commenced cooperation with EQS Group AG and is joining in implementation of the EQS Insider Manager application, attending to the legal aspects of its operation.

The EQS Group, active around Europe, Asia, and North America, is a leading provider of investor relations and compliance services. Its client roster covers several thousand companies operating in major markets, which rely on EQS Group solutions in meeting the complex regulatory requirements incumbent upon them at the domestic and international level.

The INSIDER MANAGER application designed by the EQS Group enables effective – and, at the same time, convenient – fulfilment of the requirements imposed by the Market Abuse Regulation, furthering transparency and investor protection in the capital markets of the European Union.
