Sustainable packaging presents a chance to improve recycling rates in Poland

Increased liability of the producer across the entire life cycle of packaging is touted as a solution which will improve recycling efficiency in Poland. The amendments to the legislative Act regarding packaging and packaging waste management implements applicable EU rules and sets out new guidelines for producers. Will it prove as effective as in other European countries ?
