Angelika Moskal

Participates in the resolution of disputes at the pre-litigation stage and takes part in work at all stages of litigation (participates, among other things, in the resolution of disputes on corporate matters, IT projects, bankruptcy law, and labour issues).

Gained her professional experience at a Krakow law firm and an international law firm in Warsaw. Has provided comprehensive services to domestic and foreign individual and business clients in the areas of civil law, business law, criminal law, intellectual property law, labour law, and administrative law. Advised clients on resolving disputes at the pre-litigation stage and was responsible for conducting litigation.

Recipient, on several occasions, of the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.
