Dominika specializes in M&A transactions and corporate services for companies, as well as investment entries and exits of private equity investors and venture capital funds. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, demergers and transformations of corporations and partnerships. Participant in due diligence processes, has been involved in handling and setting up foreign structures, mainly in Argentina and Cyprus.

Dominika has extensive experience in M&A transactions, including share deal and asset deal transactions, representing both sell side and buy side. She has handled many transactions with real estate or renewable energy as the background.
She advises private equity investors and venture capital funds on investment entry and exit processes. She specializes in the law of investment contracts and all commercial agreements. She also participates in divisions and transformations of companies and partnerships and provides ongoing services to entrepreneurs.
Her experience allows her to actively support clients from negotiation, through due diligence and preparation of transaction documentation, to achieving a satisfactory closing of the investment.
She has been involved in servicing and setting up foreign structures, mainly in Argentina and Cyprus.
