Maciej Kiraga

Maciej has experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions and commercial company law. He participates in work at all stages of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He is involved in the drafting of transactional and corporate documentation, as well as conducting due diligence. His practice also includes providing day-to-day corporate services to companies.

Prior to joining Gessel, he worked with a Warsaw law firm, where he provided ongoing legal and corporate advice to Polish and foreign companies and gained experience in M&A and financing transactions.
