Magdalena joined the GESSEL law firm in 2023.
She participates in the work on M&A transactions. In the transaction process, she prepares documentation at all stages and participates in conducting due diligence of companies.
She supports companies and entrepreneurs in the day-to-day legal support of their operations by preparing corporate documentation for these purposes.
During her studies, she gained experience in Warsaw notary offices, which allowed her to learn various aspects of legal practice and effectively use this experience in her current law.

- Advised a public company, cyber_Folks, on the acquisition of the French company PrestaShop for approximately EUR 53 million through SPV cyber_Pixel and the contribution of Polish technology companies Sylius and BitBag thereto
- Advised the co-founders of Surfer on a complex M&A transaction involving a number of separate issues related to their relationship with France’s Positive Group
- Advised the owners of KARTON-PAK on the sale of the company to Pella Capital, a private investment firm
