On Thursday, 4 March, the ICC’s Young Arbitrators Forum will hold an online event entitled “Declaratory relief: Requirements, procedure and purpose”, with a keynote speech on “Admissibility of declaratory relief in arbitration – a real impediment ?” by Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, senior partner in GESSEL, member of the ICC Court of Arbitration.
