Dr Beata Gessel on investment arbitration

During the conference entitled International investment arbitration – A need for change of the legal environment to be held in Warsaw on 26 October 2010, Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, managing partner in GESSEL and vice chair of the PKPP Lewiatan Arbitration Court, will lead the panel session Sources of legal regulation of investment arbitration – A point of departure.

Participants of the panel will include Marek Świątkowski (Domański, Zakrzewski, Palinka), Maria Szymańska (Ministry of the Economy), Bartosz Krużewski (Clifford Chance), Dr Andrzej W. Wiśniewski (PKPP Lewiatan Arbitration Court), and Dr Maciej Jamka (K&L Gates).

The conference is organised by the PKPP Lewiatan Arbitration Court in cooperation with the General Prosecution Office of the State Treasury.
