GESSEL advises Harper Hygienics

The securities markets department of Gessel, Koziorowski Sp. k. led by Leszek Koziorowski advised Harper Hygienics S.A., a leading cosmetic and grooming products manufacturer, in the process of preparations for its IPO.

23 July 2010 witnessed the first listing on the basic market of the Warsaw Securities Exchange of 13 million A-series shares in Harper Hygienics S.A., with 1.3 million shares for private investors and 11.7 million for institutional investors in an offering with a value of PLN 53.3 million. The listing was a success, with the value of the shares climbing by 5.37% on the first day of trading.
