Leszek Koziorowski, partner in GESSEL, has once again been appointed to the Corporate Governance Consultation Committee affiliated with the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The Corporate Governance Committee is in operation since 2013. It has formulated the Best Practice of GPW Listed Companies, in force as of 1 January 2016. Its current composition was approved in a Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. Management Board resolution of 10 April 2019.
