Magdalena Szeplik promoted to managing associate

We are pleased to announce that Magdalena Szeplik, an advocate with the capital markets practice led by Leszek Koziorowski, has been promoted to managing associate. 

Magdalena Szeplik specialises in company law and capital markets law. Much of her work at GESSEL is focused on public issues of financial instruments, especially on preparation of issue prospectuses and review and negotiation of the attendant contracts. Advises publicly listed companies on performance of disclosure duties, represents Clients in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Also involved in projects associated with bond issues and incentive schemes; contributes to due diligence studies preceding equity investments and provides day-to-day company law services. With GESSEL since 2012.

Magda consistently demonstrates an individualised, original approach to every client and to every case. Her promotion, apart from being a well-earned recognition of her skill, is also connected with new challenges brought by the growth of our practice; we are confident that this is a good step and a good investment in the future.
