Her experience covers advice on securities law for brokerage houses, preparation of issue prospectuses, representation of clients before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, preparation of legal opinions, drafting documents concerning shareholders agreements, advice on purchase and sale of large blocks of shares, and structuring management option programs for publicly traded and privately held companies. Aldona has extensive expertise in establishment, transformation, merger, unwinding, and liquidation of commercial entities.
Her professional track record also includes privatisation and commercialisation of State Treasury companies, from pre-privatisation due diligence through to negotiations with potential buyers on behalf of the State Treasury or representation of prospective buyers and public listing.
Aldona also brings her several years of experience with a foreign trade company to bear in advising on international trade contracts. With GESSEL since 1996, partner since 2007.
Graduated from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration, admitted to practice as an attorney in 1992.
