Antonina participates in projects related to the acquisition of debt and equity financing in connection with the issuance of financial instruments in private and public transactions. She also participates in projects related to the admission and introduction of financial instruments to trading on a regulated market and in an alternative trading system.

She assists in the representation of clients before the National Depository for Securities (KDPW S.A.) and the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.). He participates in due diligence processes for capital transactions. She also provides ongoing services to public companies in the field of corporate law and compliance with disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Gessel in 2023, she gained experience in Polish law firms and companies, where she dealt with issues in the field of day-to-day corporate services for commercial law companies.

During her studies, she actively participated in the activities of the Academic Circle of Capital Markets Law, of which she was president in the academic year 2021/2022. As part of it, she co-organised nationwide projects such as Rynkologia, Corporate Law Academy or the Capital Markets Law Tournament, as well as the Private Equity Academy in cooperation with the SGH Investor Club. During her studies, she provided free legal assistance within the Law Clinic at the University of Warsaw in the civil law section.
