Erazm Dutkiewicz

Erazm Dutkiewicz is a Senior Associate in the Corporate law team at GESSEL. He specialises in advising on M&A transactions, particularly those involving entities operating in the medical sector. He supports clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, including conducting due diligence, identifying and mitigating risks, and negotiating transaction documentation. He advises private market entities, including in projects involving companies subject to medical and pharmaceutical regulations.

He has been involved in numerous transactions covering, among others, the transfer of rights and obligations of a marketing authorisation holder, as well as contract manufacturing agreements for medicinal products and dietary supplements. He has represented clients in proceedings before the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products and the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector. He also has experience in regulatory advice related to the healthcare sector.

He is engaged in pro bono activities, supporting non-governmental organisations working to prevent discrimination and exclusion, both in their ongoing operations and in legislative processes.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University (2018). He also completed the Warsaw Stock Exchange School and the Capital Companies Academy at the Jagiellonian University, and in 2025 completed postgraduate studies in “Medical Business Management” at the Warsaw School of Economics. He was admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law in 2023. He is fluent in English.
