Specializes in day-to-day legal services to companies, including corporate services and due diligence processes. Advised on numerous M&A transactions, in particular on transactions involving entities in the medical industry.
Before joining GESSEL in 2018 from the third edition of our mentoring programme, gained experience at a renowned law firm in Krakow, specializing in medical law issues and litigation related to medical errors and personal injury. During studies, was involved as a volunteered at legal clinics of the Academia Iuris Foundation. Associated with NGOs against discrimination and exclusion.
As a student, participated in the Nuremberg Moot Court 2016 and gave lectures at conferences on medical law and clinical research issues.
