Specializes in tax advisory services, specifically in tax optimization of M&A transactions (also ones involving publicly listed companies). Represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts in VAT as well as income tax cases.

In 1987-1992, a lawyer in the Contemporary Art Centre; between 1993 and 2002, worked at the tax advisory unit of Deloitte & Touche, most recently as a director. Specializes in tax advisory services, such as analysis of domestic and international transactions and structures, identification and minimisation of tax risks, tax optimization, tax advice on merger and acquisition transactions, all aspects of company restructuring, legal process in the context of tax law, and advice on international taxation.
