We advised the partners of User.com sp. z o.o., viz: Grzegorz Warzecha – the founder, and Vercom S.A.

– which is a financial investor, on the transaction concerning the sale of shares in User.com sp. z o.o. to the French investor SAS Groupe Positive.

GESSEL provided legal and tax support to the majority shareholders throughout the process of negotiations, preparation of documents and finalization of the agreement.

Under the supervision of Michał Bochowicz and Karol Sokół, the project was led by Rafał Smolik with support from Edyta Podgórska, Diana Strzałkowska, Maria Kozłowska and Paweł Osmólski.
