Paweł joined the Gessel law firm in 2023. He participates in projects related to M&A transactions, at all stages, also on behalf of foreign entrepreneurs.
He is involved in the preparation of transactional and corporate documentation, as well as conducting due diligence on companies.
Prior to joining Gessel, he gained experience in boutique law firms, where he assisted with corporate and real estate law matters.
He is a student of Law at the University of Warsaw and of Global Business, Finance and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He actively participates in the activities of the Academic Circle of Capital Markets Law, where he serves as a Board Member. As part of the club, he organises nationwide projects such as Rynkologia, Corporate Law Academy and the Capital Markets Law Tournament.
