BIO

Paweł joined the GESSEL law firm in 2023 and participates in M&A transactions.

He has experience in drafting transaction documentation, conducting due diligence processes, and providing ongoing corporate legal support. He has also been involved in investment fund projects, particularly alternative investment companies.

Before joining GESSEL, he worked at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate law, where he advised clients on real estate investments and transactions.

Academically, he has been actively engaged in the Capital Markets Law Scientific Association at the University of Warsaw, serving as a board member and chair of the audit committee.

  • Advised SAPERE Holding, a Polish family-owned investment group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in K2 Group, a manufacturer of automotive chemicals and car care products operating in more than 90 countries
  • Advised the shareholders of Betasi sp. z o.o. on the sale of a majority stake to Spire Capital Partners, a private equity fund
  • Advised Weco-Travel, a business travel company, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Supertour, a Poland-based travel operator
  • Advised the owners of DomData on the sale of a 65% equity stake to Kulczyk Investments, a private investment firm owned by Sebastian Kulczyk
  • Advised the co-founders of Surfer on a complex M&A transaction involving a number of separate issues related to their relationship with France’s Positive Group
