Has extensive experience in providing comprehensive corporate services to commercial law companies, including foreign entities, especially as regards transformation processes and M&A.
Participated in numerous M&A transactions at all their stages, including in particular due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documentation. On many occasions, supervised and coordinated the work of the entire team of lawyers involved in due diligence.
Has experience in commercial and civil litigation as well as employment law advice.
Prior to joining GESSEL, gained professional experience at Polish law firms.
