GESSEL provided multidisciplinary legal support to VirtusLab in its takeover of SoftwareMill, a computer programme consultant. We are proud to have assisted our Client in what is another step of a strategy geared at nurturing a group of diverse, autonomous tech outfits.
Our lawyers conducted due diligence, assessed the antitrust aspects, advised on bank financing, and drafted the transaction documentation. Throughout the process, GESSEL served as lead counsel, coordinating the input of advisors from Poland, the UK, and Luxembourg.
