Zuzanna joined GESSEL in 2023. Her focus is on litigation, especially cases involving financial institutions; in this context, she is very much up to date with banking law and with the civil law aspects of foreign exchange. Prior to GESSEL, Zuzanna worked with a law firm in Częstochowa advising business clients and public administration entities as well as with the Provincial Administrative Court in Krakow.

Zuzanna joined GESSEL in 2023, bringing her energy to complex M&A projects in the domestic as well as international markets. She assists with transaction documentation, due diligence studies, and various aspects of company law. Zuzanna’s professional experience to date has been with a large e-commerce platform, at which she worked with international clients from the fashion industry, advising them on contract law matters.
