Łukasz joined our firm in 2019, initially as a participant in the 4th iteration of the GESSEL Mentorship Program.
He specializes in litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on disputes under competition law and involving financial market players. Member of the GESSEL for Climate team.
He also has experience in criminal cases as well as in proceedings against executive officers of capital companies, fraudulent conveyance complaints, and recovery of claims secured by mortgages.
For many years, he was a committed volunteer with the Court Watch Poland Foundation and the Maciej Bednarkiewicz Academia Iuris Foundation.
As he describes himself, “My fascination with the law began when I was 10 years old and continues uninterrupted to this day. This passion does not allow me to think in templates and “only” interpret the law, but stimulates me to seek solutions carefully tailored in every detail to the individual case”.
Privately, a lover of video games and technological innovations, passionate about musicals and opera, and for some time an avid runner.

- Represented the Client Earth Foundation in precedent-setting litigation against the Polish State Treasury related to climate protection negligence
- Represented a bank in court proceedings in an appeal against a decision of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on violation of collective consumer interests
- Represented a telecommunications operator in court proceedings in an appeal against a decision by Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on violation of collective consumer interests
- Comprehensively represented an employer in a dispute with former employees in civil litigation (for compensation) and criminal proceedings in connection with alleged occupational illness
- Represented a listed company in criminal proceedings alleging manipulation of financial instruments
