Zuzanna Rodak

Zuzanna joined GESSEL in May 2023.

Her professional practice is focused on litigation, with especial emphasis on disputes involving financial institutions.

Much of her current work deals with proceedings which concern phishing attacks and claims arising from unauthorised payment transactions.

She also has experience in disputes concerning abusive contract clauses as well as foreign currency-related loan agreements.

As part of her practice, she has also worked on cases concerning PLN loans referring to the WIBOR index.

She also handles claims centring on financial subsidies granted during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Before joining GESSEL, Zuzanna worked with a law firm providing legal services to business entities and public administration bodies, and at the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Kraków.
