Since joining GESSEL in 2021, Marcin has contributed to share deal and asset deal M&A transactions both on the sell side and the buy side.
He has drafted transaction documentation, corporate documents (for the purpose of specific transactions, as well as of day-to-day legal services) and due diligence studies.
Prior to joining GESSEL, he gained experience at renowned international law firms, dealing with tax and competition law issues.

- Acquisition of shares in the share capital of SELT sp. z o.o. by Grupa Kęty S.A.
- The sale of the majority stake in Sescom S.A. to Enterprise Investors for the amount of 104 million PLN.
- Gaz – System‘s acquisition of Gas Storage Poland from Orlen.
- We advised Polish Enterprise Fund VII (PEF VII), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, in the sale of JNT GROUP S.A. SP.K
- We advised Fulfilio on its investment in SellerSwitch Ltd.
- Enterprise Investors fund’s investment in Bisar S.A. (Transaction value: PLN 125 million)
- Buyout of shares in Polska Grupa Biogazowa S.A. from PFR and their sale to TotalEnergies Group
- Sale of shares in Zielona-Energia.com Logistics to EDP Energia Polska Group sp. z o.o. (a global leader in renewable energy and PV solutions)
- Lux Med Group’s investment in Mediss Dental Clinic
- Investment by Inplus sp. z o.o., a portfolio company of Accession Capital Partners, in Smart Factor sp. z o.o.
