Michał has nearly a decade of professional experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Joined GESSEL in 2016, since then has advised on numerous asset deals and share deals, both on the buy-side and the sell-side, for a variety of clients, including founders, private equity funds and venture capital funds.
Has a particular focus on alternative investment funds, including their formation and operations.
