Walentyna specialises in real estate law. In her practice, she focuses on issues related to real estate transactions, joint ventures, the development process, the investment and construction process and leases. Valentina’s experience includes support in advising international and domestic investors and developers on real estate transactions, including drafting transaction documentation and preparing due diligence, mainly in the warehouse and office sector. Her experience also includes projects at every stage of the investment and construction process. In the area of leases, Valentina assists in the preparation and negotiation of commercial property leases.
Prior to joining Gessel in 2023, she gained professional experience in Warsaw’s renowned law firms.
