We advised on the acquisition of an agricultural property by ORTHOS Multispecialty Hospital – LUX MED Group.
The 1.1 hectare plot borders the hospital acquired by the LUX MED Group. This is our next joint transaction – thank you for your trust!
Hard work and effective cooperation allowed us to quickly work out and establish the transaction documentation, obtain the approval of the NEB and sign the documents.
