We advised Kredyt Inkaso S.A. on its public offering of bonds with a total value of 18 million pln

Kredyt Inkaso S.A. conducted a public offering of N1-series bonds worth 18 million pln, already the second issue made under a program of issuance up to a total of 100 million pln, based on a prospectus approved by the FSA on February 16, 2023.

We had the pleasure of advising Kredyt Inkaso S.A. on both the just-completed N1 series bond issue, as well as on the establishment of the program itself, the prospectus proceedings, and the earlier M1 series bond issue.
