We advised Kredyt Inkaso S.A. on its public placement of S1 series bonds with an aggregate value approaching EUR 5 mln !

The S1 series with a value of almost EUR 5 mln was Kredyt Inkaso S.A.’s first public offering of EUR-denominated bonds. The public offering, conducted on the basis of an information memorandum, was well received by investors – the reduction rate exceeded 15% !

We are proud to have supported Kredyt Inkaso S.A. in preparation of the information memorandum as well as with the public bond placement itself, working with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski S.A. as the brokerage house acting as the issue agent.

We thank  Kredyt Inkaso S.A. and Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski S.A. for yet another successful bond issue project !
