We advised the shareholders of the WSE-listed Bioceltix S.A. on its unprospective public offerings

We advised the Shareholders of the WSE-listed Bioceltix S.A. on the unprospectus public offerings of the Company’s shares carried out under the accelerated bookbuilding procedure (ABB).

Conducted jointly by the six Shareholders of the Company, the public offerings included a total of 365,876 shares of the Company admitted to trading on the regulated market of the WSE and were addressed to qualified investors and selected retail investors. The total value of the conducted public offerings amounted to over PLN 20 million.

GESSEL assisted the shareholders in all legal aspects of the transaction. The scope of advice comprised, in particular, advice on transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and advice on fulfilment of disclosure obligations by the Shareholders.

The bookkeeping of the shares offered in the public offerings was entrusted to Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A.
