GESSEL advises the shareholders of Creepy Jar and IPOPEMA Securities on a public offering of Creepy Jar shares in an ABB procedure

GESSEL advised on a PLN 45 mln sale of 48,000 shares in Creepy Jar, representing 7.06% of its total equity, by its shareholders and management board members in an accelerated book-building process.

GESSEL acted as transaction adviser to the selling shareholders and to IPOPEMA Securities S.A., the investment house intermediating in the ABB process. Our team was led by Krzysztof Marczuk, partner and included Michał Szutenbach and Julia Trzmielewska, senior associates.

Creepy Jar S.A. is a publicly listed producer of computer games specialising in the premium indie survival genre. Its IPO in the NewConnect system of the Warsaw Stock Exchange took place in August 2018.
