GESSEL partners with the Polish Association of Construction Employers in a seminar on employee capital plans

On 28 February, GESSEL lawyers joined the Polish Association of Construction Employers in leading a seminar on employee capital plans.

Employee capital plans have – naturally enough – been the object of much interest among employers, and they pose a considerable challenge to those enterprises which will soon be bound by law to implement what is an entirely new institution of Polish employment law.

In the course of the seminar, Leszek Koziorowski, partner and Adam Kraszewski, managing associate (and head of GESSEL’s employment law practice) presented a lecture entitled “Employee capital plans – Key legal issues, duties and regulations incumbent on employers” to an audience of directors, accountants, HR professionals and in-house counsel.
